Smoke and mirrors

It seems your marketing department has not learnt anything from it previous mistakes...I couldn't get collectibles or strickers with your garage and truck collectable promotion. Parow and Goodwood (close to N1 Mall) ....and now it is history repeating itself... no cards or sticker Parow Centre and Paarl... and no stock because you did not deliver it. The lady at Paarl's Shell (close to N1 as you going out of Paarl) is trying to convince me the promotion is over and says I must read "while stock last"... but the SHELL FERRARI COLLECTIBLES: Terms and Conditions states clearly it started on 15 August and ends on 30 October 2020. You still advertising it on radio and the garage in question is advertising it, She is adament because that is what the manageress told her. I can't speak to management because the not on duty over weekend? A supposedly well managed company like your and there is nobody to guide the associates or assist their customers??? This can't be your policy?

Are or were both this promotion campaigns run knowingly from your side that you do not have stock to provide to your loyal customer?
