Slow service wasting clients time

This by far has to be one of the worst service stations in Midrand, the service is so slow, petrol tenants having endless conversations with people forgetting that we are going to work and taking up our time.

How does a person attend a car for over 20mins and busy chatting to friends while we're waiting patiently to be attended to. People need to respect their jobs and stop thinking that they are doing us a favor by doing what they get paid for.

Very irritated especially because it's not the first time this happens.
