Should I wait in the sun for you??

On Sunday, 29 October 2017, at 15.45 I drove into the Clare Hills Shell Garage for petrol. FIVE attendants were standing in a line, in front of the cashiers office, all engaged in a discussion. I waited over a minute and half, before one of them reluctantly approached me. I asked if there was something wrong? Why did I have to wait for service when the attendants were NOT busy with other customers?? And where was the manager??

The attendant "Lucky" rep**** that his manager was there, and pointed to a man who was standing inside the garage, who showed NO interest in what was happening on the driveway of the petrol station. Furthermore, he added, "How, do you want me to stand here in the sun and wait for you to enter the garage?"
