Shop Assistant Extremely Unprofessional

I had awful service experience at the Shell Garage Sea Point, Beach Road.

After I informed the Petrol Attendant on how much fuel I amount, I asked him if he could request a packet of cigarettes at the store so that I can pay for both the fuel and cigarettes together. The Shop Assistant kept on getting my brand incorrect and I even gave the Petrol Attendant my current packet to reference the correct brand.

The Shop Assistant had no patience, was very annoyed, and he saw that I was person of colour, he aggressively signed language that he is not going to assist me and that I have to come into the store.

I can guarantee you, that if I was a white person, I wouldn't have received such disrespectful service from that Shop Assistant. The Petrol Attendant was great! Yes, I've made a racial issue because unfortunately it is the culture here in the Western Cape.

I am not sure what your outlook is with regards to vision of your brand, but I am certainly disappointed.
