Shocking Service and Lies at Shell Service station

I normally use this Service station as its on my Route when i go pickup my wife in Somerset West.<br> <br> Firstly the Attendant who helped me seemed aggravated about something.Obviously i ignored this, as this is none of my business and you cant expect everyone to be jolly at 22h00 on a Saturday.<br> As soon as he was done I offered my card as payment as i have done countless times , he looked at me dismissively and made some kind of gesture towards the shop.<br> I called him over and asked him why is he pointing me in the direction of the cashier?<br> He told me i had to go and pay at the cashier. Please note that I have used this garage certainly more than 50 times at night after 23h00 and never, not once did i have to go pay at a cashier, a pinpad was brought to my car like at any other normal garage.<br> <br> I pointed this out to him and asked why now? Did something change? Is this new policy?<br> I asked if i could speak to a manager, he told me \no manger"<br> He looked at me and told me that this was policy all along.After 6 (18h00) everyone has to go and pay at the cashier.he told me this with a straight face.<br> <br> At this time"
