Shell/Clicks Loyalty system offline

I visited Shell Constantia Service Centre this morning 01/09/2019 at 10:09am and filled R500 (31.42 Litres) at pump 4 Only after presenting my Clicks card to earn loyalty points i was told by the attendant that their system has been giving issues the entire week and i wont be earning my points. This I believe is unfair. You should warn your customers that, that's the case before they fill up as the only reason some of us fill up at Shell is for the Clicks points. Please advise how i would earn these points i paid for today manually because i should not be penalized for a Shell system glitch.
