Shell Wentzell Motors IS A ***** ****

I went to Shell Wentzell Motors in Bloemfometin on a Saturday on the 08.06.2024 bought a gas cylinder 9kg. I did not have a bottle so i bought a gas bottle and fill in with 950.00 i used it from that day and till Wednesday today and it was finished. I dont switch on the gas heater the whole day i go to work i take my child to crech we got home at 05:30 afternoon everyday. I went to the garage to tell them and i was not raelly helped by manager Lean which she was not really want to help me because she told me to go to thr supplier to complain'how is it my concern because i bought the cylinder from them she then called the supplier and the supplier is Delta which the lady was speaking Afrikaans and the garage manager will translate but not everything the lady said. Even u dnt knw Afrikaans the were calculation that the lady from Delta was saying to her. Lean said i should buy another bottle or their cant assist me. I mean i bought the gas cylinder beliving that is not a ****.I felt that i was undermine because i was black and their speaking their language i could not understand fully. I did not received best services and i have to go to Delta use my petrol and the coming days me and my 10months baby will be could because of the 9kg that was is finished within not eveen full 4days
