Shell V-Power / V-Rewards App "Free Spin" Feature Appears Fixed or Glitching

I am a regular Shell customer, filling up with fuel roughly twice a week (spending R300+ per transaction to earn rewards). Over the past several weeks, I have earned over 10 consecutive "free spins" in the Shell V-Rewards app. Every single time—for 10+ spins in a row—the wheel lands on the exact same non-winning segment. While I understand that promotional games use random number generators (RNGs) and probabilities, landing on the precise same spot over 10 consecutive times defies basic probability for a fair visual wheel. It strongly suggests one of two issues: A Technical Glitch: The app visual animation is stuck or failing to register true random outcomes. Pre-determined / Misleading Visuals: The visual animation of a "spinning wheel" gives users the illusion of a random chance game, when in reality the outcome may be predetermined or set to an practically impossible win rate. If the wheel is purely decorative and the outcome is fixed, presenting it as an interactive game of chance is misleading to loyal customers who fill up expecting a fair rewards mechanic. I am posting this to bring transparency to other consumers and to ask Shell South Africa to clarify how their app's reward wheel is programmed, whether this is a known bug, and how fairness is audited.
