i have called more than 10 times at Shell Call Centre trying to change my Number so i can use my money on my card that i accumulated, and still its hasn't changed, i always fill up at shell but with this *** service I'm getting i feel like a fool, this is the number i have been calling and speaking to different people, not helping me : *** My Number is :***

all i want is to be able to Change my number on their system and be able to use my Money, this cannot be happening not after spending so much money on Shell.
