Shell V card bull dust

Firstly its even a pity that i have to even rate Shell 1 star which u dont deserve, Your V card service is absolute bull. Tried using my card at a Shell store but after waiting 20mins no pin arrives, then tried calling the call centre from my mobile with a wait for over 30min for the call to get answered then abruptly disconnected. I would never recommend this to any1, pathetic service and another loyal customer lost.
