Shell Umhlanga Rocks sucks ass and staff and Manager Joe took my card disappeared for 15/20 minutes worse service ever!

Shell garage Umhlanga rocks opposite Macdonald Umhlanga rocks drive, I drive a BMW M240i they kept me for 55minutes, Manager Name Joe took my card and a petrol attendant ( dont know he's name however he is cross eyed, not to body shame yet fact ) disappeared for 10minutes came back and told me card might be *****ulent, my wife is a lawyer its ******* for someone to take your card and be out of sites, i'm an Exec in Telecoms i know people can clone cards etc, after they came back I displayed my Licence plate (My card has License plate details, and details of the car) they still refused, called My administrator they still refused, called Nedbank the Manager's name Joe still refused, ( I missed a teams call from England UK this guy wouldnt budge) until fleet Manager whose Senior than me verified, 45minutes ****ing wasted! I want to know was this going to happen if I was white! what were they doing with my card for over 15minutes I expect this to be taken seriously as I intend to push the matter forward ! this is ****ing discussing i pay 40%tax and I reside in Umhlanga this has never happened, Ive been staying at Umhlanga Rocks for 10Years to be treated like this its a ****ing outrage.
