Shell Ultra-Estcourt North- Filthy ablution facilities

on 12 May 2021, I stopped off at N3 Highway Shell Ultra City (Estcourt North) approximately 114km from Harrismith. Big mistake. The male toilets were a filthy mess and a real health hazard. Toilets were blocked and most couldn't flush so you would see the previous person's remains in the toilet bowl. The toilet door wouldnt close and jammed. Thankfully for this, no one was able to enter and use this toilet. its also didnt flush and i had to give a father and his small son the heads-up not to use it. Some taps were not working. Only one air dryer was working, The entire place was filthy and smelled of urine and human excrement. Shell Ultra should be ashamed of the state of their facilities. Very , very bad and a health risk.
