Shell Ultra City Polokwane just a mess

Shell Ultra City Polokwane is really deteriorating the chain name, honestly the last couple of times I've been there proves they don't belong to the Ultra City group. The one time I arrived there at 23:45 and was told to wait till after 00:00 to get service, on Saturday 02 December I needed to refuel around 19:50 and waited more than 30 minutes, I even asked one of the attendants to tag for me so I could put my own petrol coz they just didn't care and the que was soo long behind me, they guy simply told me he only focused on certain fuel pumps and I should find an attendant that worked on my side of pumps. I then approached an attendant named MBopape2 and asked him to tag for me, he said he was still busy and would come and assist, eventually he came and that's when I was able to get help. We just have to beg these guys to do their work, it's so unacceptable. I will try very hard to never use Shell Ultra City Polokwane again, they're just not competent.
