Shell ultra city Klerksdorp shop's horrible customer service.

My boyfriend and I went to the Shell Ultra City shop in Klerksdorp on Monday 16 October 2023. We got an appletizer from the fridge and it we saw a price written R40.99. We got to the till, the cashier scanned it and it popped up a price of R52.99. We told the cashier the price where we found the Appletizer was R40.99. The cashier asked one of her colleagues to check the price and the colleague confirmed that it was R40.99. The staff then called their boss who went to check the price, came with the tag and told my boyfriend and I were suppose to check what's written on the tag and not just assume it's the product's price. We asked the boss whose responsibility it was to ensure that the items in her store had the correct prices. She override the Appletizer, called one of her workers to change the price and she left us unattended and returned to her car and just drove off.
