Shell Ultra City Klerksdorp is RUINING the Shell name

<p> I`ve never been so dissapointed and disgusted with a Shell or even with any Fuel Station until I visited Shell Ultra City near 70 Main Reef road in Klerksdorp. So we pulled up with a truck to fill up for diesel as we do at any other Shell garage and after waiting 5 minutes with the engine still running next to the pump，I had to go and call an attendant to find 3 sitting there staring at me after I ask for some assistance. So finnaly got someone to fill up the truck. I go inside to find，ah well steers is closed which is okay because it was about 22:40. I only wanted some coffee anyway and luckily Shell has a Torrador counter. So after asking to make 2 cups of coffee. The cashier says no，there is no coffee. I asked what he meant，because you could clearly see alot of coffee in the machines. He then said， there is no water. And when that didnt work after asking for the managers number. He said the machines are broken，”yes both of them“. So now im standing there trying to get the name of the manager. After a lot of effort. I manage to leave with only the number of the garage and the last name of the manager. “bojang”. So i walked out quite dissapointed just to find a homeless man in a blanket lying on the ground not far from the front door and a beggar which was clearly drunk or high asking for money. So i took a picture now quite ****ed off. Leaving with bad service，no coffee，and unproffesional unacceptable environment. No one there was helpful or friendly. They might as well close their doors for I also had one of my friends told me their belongings was ****** after parking at the back and went to go get some steer. </p> <p>This Shell is throwing away their，Torrador and the Steers name for good. I will never again stop there again.</p>
