Shell, the no Service Service station!!

HI ALL,this is the worst service staion you can go to,you stand there for minutes waiting to be attended too, and i understand that they get buzy but not when there are staff standing around chatting and having a well derserved brake from the rush hours of the morning traffic discussing who knows what when people are waiting to be serviced and then when you call them to help they look at you and just carry on with their conversation to the point were i left and another motorist followed me down the road to the mobile service station were i was in and out in no time at all, windows washed and with a nice greeting and goodbuy...thisis service as u would expect from a service station and not the service at shell..its poor to say the least..my opinion is to avoid that service staion in question its only gona frustrate you ..
