Shell taking advantage of customers

Requested a reprint slip from Shell New Road. Charged me R70 for this. How is this okay? While the slip I was looking for was for a full tank,more then R1000. Will not be supporting here again. Very disappointing. Engen, BP ans Sasol for the win.
