SHELL SOUTH AFRICA & SHELL OVERPORT MOTORS, REFUSE TO PAY FOR TOWING COST FOR DAMAGES THAT WAS CAUSE BY THERE EMPLOYEE!!

I have reviewed this business already, upon my second issue im having with them right now is, the shell overport motors is refusing to pay for towing of my vehicle to the repair shop, i have emails that shell south africa is copied in regarding MUNEERA ***NER/EMPLOYEE) stating she will pay for my towing to sort my vehicle out, in all fairness i did not damaged the vehicle, they have damaged my vehicle and expect me to pay for the towing cost, after a months of inconvenience caused by SHELL OVERPORT MOTORS, shell south africa has not called or got back to me regarding my issue to date. sad & poor customer service for this brand..no customer service skills from them...i do not recommend shell overport motors to consumer filling or buying at this service station. rather sad situation as a client, i will be taking the legal route unfortunately, SHELL SOUTH AFRICA IN WITH NO FORM OF CARE FOR THERE BRAND OR ME AS A CUSTOMER !!!
