Shell South Africa is not concerned with their logo GO WELL GO SHELL change it to GO TO HELL

<p>On 17/05/2016 I attempted to put in R100 petrol at Shell, when I got to there the range on my car to travel was 72km after the car was supposedly topped up with the R100, I still had 72km as my range. I confronted the manager and the attendant who both insisted I was of course wrong. On 19/05/2016 I contacted the complaints division at Shell they in turn phoned me back immediately (I was impressed for a brief moment) to say they would investigate the matter and come back to me. Well today is now 24/05/2016 and there is absolutely no feedback at all. I find this whole experience with Shell appalling.r </p>
