Shell South Africa Ellis Park. Poor and No service provided. Unacceptable!!!! Such a Disappointment from a well reputed company because of weakness in Management!!!

I visited Shell Ellis Park on 27 Oct 2023, time: 12:16 to request assistance with my flat tyre. Upon arrival, the petrol attendant approached me to get the details of assistance that I require. I told Him that I think I may have a tyre puncture and do have the tyre puncture repairs equipment at my disposal for the petrol attendant to do the actual repairs. He quickly went to consult His supervisor to come and attend to my query. The Supervisor approached me with the words like sorry they are under staffed and they can't assist me. That's when I left because no service was provided. Poor and no service provided!! Unacceptable at all. Such a Disappointment from a well reputed company because of weakness in Management!!!
