Shell Botshabelo Damaged my BMW an refuses to pay.

On the 29th June 2025 I went to Shell to get R300 v-power 95 petrol. Their Diesel Supply Trucks mistakenly poured Diesel into the petrol stations 95 tanks. So everyone who bought 95 petrol got Diesel instead. As a result my car dead on the to Bloemfontein due to loss of power in the engine. The many attempts to start the vehicle resulted in the starter of the vehicle also being damaged because at the time I didnt know that my vehicle got diesel instead of petrol. So my car had to be towed to BMW Bloemfontein. Quotation from BMW is worth R24 248,29 to fix the vehicle an they want to only pay R8 175.47 saying that the damaged starter is not their problem. If I had not gotten Diesel i wouldn't have been stuck!!
