When the querying prices of the unpriced cornettos in the freezer, I asked the shop assistant what the prices were. As I walked over to him at the till asking him to scan the cone for the price, he told me that I would have to pay for it if her scanned it, it cannot be reversed. I looked at him in surprise and walked back to the freezer. He came over, looked at the priced cones and said the price is between/in the range of "A" and "B". I said its bad that the items are not priced properly and indicated that the information that he did give me was not good enough. I then selected ice cream bars from another freezer in the shop. When I got to the till to pay, I said "I won't come back here again". He said "many people say that". I said :sorry, there are many other garages that I could go to". He said "that's okay". He then went on to try to defend the situation and I persisted that he scan my goods and let me pay. He insisted on wanting to continue a conversation. I turned to look at my partner and my partner stated, "this is bad service hey, don' buy here again". The shop assistant/manager said "that's fine".
