Shell Service station (Disa Motors Umbilo)refused to help my choking 4yr old

I stopped by Disa Motors in Umbilo Road Durban. My 4yr old daughter was having a snack and choked on some food, so i quickly ran into the Shell quick shop to buy a bottle of water. I had no cash on me but my bank card which i produced as payment but was rudely turned down by the cashier because they dont take card payments less than R30. I asked for an atm. There was nothing on their premises.... all this while my daughter is still choking. NO help!! Whatsoever!!!. Funny enough a little ****a shop down the road happily took a card payment for 10 bucks. Really disappointed with this pathetic rule. So typical of big businesses. Have all the finest adverts on TV.... smiley faces of cashiers.... and yet when customers are on the ground.... we deal with horrible service. Really really disappointed
