Shell Select Midrand - RUDE STAFF!

Shell Select in Midrand is a joke! We have been to plenty of Shell garages in the past as they usually have a cafe where we can get coffee. a few months back i had ordered an ice coffee for my partner. To my surprise i was given a cup of cold coffee with ice cubes and was told that i need to put my own sugar in? When i came back to the car with this mess my partner was not impressed. We went back again afterwards and this time my partner came into the shop with me to order his own ice coffee. He was told that this is the way they do the ice coffee. He got upset and told them that this was not an ice coffee. The staff then start laughing at him speaking in their language. (which we could not understand). They were back chatting him as well. This kind of service is not acceptable and because of this, we will never enter into another Shell garage again. Even if this means our car runs out of petrol! We would rather push the car back home! I think you better review your staffing choices at Shell Select in Midrand as these staff members are disrespectful and they have bad attitudes! Well done Shell. You have lost another customer!
