Shell Select Glenhove ****

Filled petrol at Shell Select Glenhove on Sunday 1 Sept. Requested filled up to Autostop. I drive a Jeep with a tank capacity of 90 litres and reserve light had not yet been activated, meaning at least 5 litres still in tank. Miraculously attendant managed to put 90.5 litres in tank. When queried I was advised that previous customer filled up R80 but they insisted pump was zeroized, Attendants on duty Tanyani and Edwin insisted that they did nothing wrong and could not comprehend that it was not possible to put that volume in tank. I tried to call manager Natasha Van Der Merwe on *** to lodge complaint but she slammed phone down and went to voice mail . No success in getting hold of her afterwards.

I am a regular customer of this filling station but will never use again and recommend all to check their slips as there seems to be a **** going on
