Shell SA pathetic customer support service

Good evening

I am totally disappointed with the service at the Shell service stations as well as with the VPlus call Centre support staff. For some reason almost everytime I use my VPlus card I am told that there is a problem and I should get a new card. 3 new cards later I have been told the same today by the petrol attendant that the card is faulty and I need to get a new one. I called the VPlus line and the lady said to me there's nothing wrong with the card but maybe I should apply for a new card. The support Centre agent said that a supervisor will call before 7pm today and no one called. The manager at the petrol station said he will call back and he never called.
