Shell SA = PATHETIC!

I stopped at your Shell Ultra City Bloemfontein yesterday. I was totally disgusted with the standard of the restrooms. Its was extremely smelly and very dirty. I attach photos taken of this mess.

The really bad part is that right after I came out, a member of Management went into the restrooms. I waited to see if something will happen, but to my surprise he just finished, said nothing about it and left. Shocking!!!!

If the health inspector had to walk in there he would surely have a fit.

If this is the type of standard that Shell approves, then you are going to have a big problem. I sent a mail to shell of which they received and told me that I would be contacted, but up to now I have not been contacted by anyone. It seems the strategy of Shell SA is to hide long enough and hope the problem dissapears by itself. PATHETIC!!!!
