Shell petrol station

Shell gave us the rewards card called shell t-card to swap it when I filled up petrol to shell garage we earned point.told that card is also my life policy cover to me and when my drivers licence is expired they will going to renew it for me and I claimed that one of expiring license they don't respond to me
