Shell petrol service stations trusted customer

I'm not sure whom to direct this complaint to concerning poor attitude and mannerisms of staff at a local petrol station situated at Tongaat area in KZN:- SHELL on Watson Highway Staff member in question:- Lucky Blose Branch Phone number:- ***

I went to the shop and parked just outside the shop as my sister ran into the quick shop to purchase bread. I anticipated her taking a minute or two. Whilst I waited with my mum in the car. Mr Blose started waving me to move and was frustrated, I put my window down on my mums passenger side front window of the car. He rudely told me to get into the parking. So I responded and said he should be polite about his approach, he started raising his voice. When I reversed a bit and asked the others working on shift around 19:45 on 8th of August 2019. They said he was the manager on shift. If this is the attitude of a staff member towards its customers, let alone a manager of your business. I would like you to know as a person born in KZN and now relocated to Capetown, I feel it is disgusting to treat people in that manner. I would like action to be taken against such rude behaviour of a customer.Kindly redirect to the business owners of this outlet.
