Shell Parkrand excellent service
Good day
I would just like to write this email to express my gratitude for excellent service that I received at Shell Parkrand. On Thursday the 24th Of October I took my Nissan NP 200 to shell Parkrand to put in 30Liters of Diesel.
Unfortunately the attendant( Mack) accidentally put 30 liters of unleaded in my np 200. I would also just like to mention that this attendant is ALWAYS Extremely friendly and ALWAYS give his best for your company, a true example of a great epmployee. I drove home less than a kilometer away.
The next morning when I started my bakkie it went crazy, at first I thought the motor or turbo had packed up. I immediately contacted Nissan to come collect the car as its still under warranty.
They then send a low bed to collect the car the same day. Because it was already late they said the will most likely only start to work on my car on Monday the following week.
We went away for the weekend, Saturday I was discussing my np200 with my wife and she raised the question that maybe they put petrol instead of diesel in my car. That Sunday as soon as we stopped at home I had a look at the slip and as my wife said , they put petrol in my car by accident.
I immediately went to shell Parkrand where I met the manager ( Lionel ) I explained what happened and he very friendly answer that Shell will cover all the costs and they he apologizes for the inconvenience caused. He kept on following up on the status of my np 200.
Nissan then sent me a bill of R 6 865.10, I sent that invoice the Lionel and he immediately assured me that Shell will make payment that Friday.
Sunday morning the 3rd of November the full amount reflected in my account and Lionel even replaced the 30Liters of petrol for me at no cost. I would just like to thank Lionel for his amazing services he is also a great example of and investment for your company and also Mack, he made a mistake but we are all human, we all make mistakes.
Thank you Lionel and Mack for your friendly great service. I really appreciate it. Because of this great service I will always support shell Parkrand.
