SHELL: OVERORT MOTORS : A REFRESHING EXPERIENCE .

I visited SHELL OVERPORT this morning for petrol . I was initially angry that there was not enough URGENY on the forecourt , as i waited there for a short while and there was no petrol attendant . I proceeded to the GLASS counter at the forecourt to register an offocial complaint . The young lady who later told me that she was the SUPERVISOR immediately left the shop vicinity and proceeded outside to assist me . She mentioned inter alia , that they were short staffed and were trying their very best to assist everyone the best they could under the circumstances . SHE PERSONALLY DISPENSED THE PETROL AND CONCLUDED THE CARD TRANSACTION . I thanked her and proceed on my way . There is NO DOUBT that this SUPERVISOR must be commended . The Management of SHELL needs to take note that here is somebody that upholds their their VISION and MISSION statements . Her actions in going the " EXTRA MILE" has not gone unnoticed . Keep up the great work , commitment and dedication to duty .
