Shell new road

Terrible service at shell new road. Waited there between 14:00 nd 14:15. Parked next to a tank, waiting for service, attendants were helping others then after they went had a chat with me still waiting, they they still assisted someone who came after me ... I always preferred shell but no more coming to new road
