Shell Mega Philani kzn

I visited Shell garage at mega Philani to fill petrol and guess I was really pressed and I needed to the ladies The guys pointed me to the manager and he blatantly refused me entry to the toilet I told him I am the customer and I am on medication he said the public toilet is not working and other toilet is for staff members only I left and I was really disappointed with this kind of service especially being a customer and be denied such essential need was very unprofessional and unpleasant to me I need these people to be at least sensitive to the needs of the customer Thanks
