Shell Mayville Mall

I was at Mayville Mall Shell on the 29th of January where one of the attendants broke my petrol key off in my petrol tank. Then only after he worsened the situation by breaking the key inside even further he decided to tell us. His full apology and explanation was just "sorry". Now I need to buy a whole new petrol cap.
