Shell m2 ultra

Hi , on the 14th of December I went to get petrol for the amount of R300 at Shell M2 Ultra city around 11am and drove to benoni but in no time it was finished and I got into another garage at benoni and when they open the tank, there was no lid , it was left open not closed ,so I knew it was this Shell I just went too, fine I get a plastic to close it and asked my friend the next day to go collect my lid at this Shell because he was with me at the time, so he goes there and they tell him that , yes they remember but now the guy is off and he left it at his locker and it's locked, he must come back the next day, that got me angry and I went there myself 3 days later and I asked for the manager and they said he/she's not there so they called this lady that works at steers and I told her that am here to collect my lid and tell her the whole story and she went to look for it with this other lady and I left because they took time, then I went back again on the 4th this month, asked for the manager again, their not there , called the same steers lady, and she just looked at me and told me that they looked it's not there and they showed me others to see if mine it's there and I was surprised that this wasn't a unique thing but looks like it happens all the time, I then saw that I won't get help here because of their attitude and unprofessional, all of them don't have name tags , which is why am saying this lady that because they don't have name tags and I wasn't gonna take the names they gave me because I made it clear that I'll report this and they just didn't care because nothing really happens, so am asking you guys to help me and if this how she'll does business, just say it because at this Shell, taxis take first priority as well, they ignore small cars as well and only attend to taxis, the is even a sign there saying taxis tanks only on the right side and all the petrol attendance go to that side, I had to fight tjay day to get someone to assist me , which is why the guy even forgot to close my lid because he was in a hurry to go back to his favorite customer as if we not paying, so I'll need my lid and my R300 petrol compensated.
