SHELL LONGBEACH, DOOR GUARD VERBAL ASSAULT ON CLIENT !!

Good day I want to launch a serious complaint against Long beach motors in Noordhoek, I went to the shop for the first time today the door opened and I walked in the next thing I know a little black guy in civilian clothes starts yelling at me in front of everyone telling me I must walk around, I apologized but he still went on up to the point where I lost my patients with the guy. He was extremely aggressive and kept on yelling at me when I tried to leave the shop he blocked the door way so I could not get out. How can you appoint a piece off **** from the street to be a door guard?? I want this issue to be resolved you cant have an unlicensed PSIRA guard working at a door !! I TAKE VERBAL ASSAULT VERY SERIOUS!! This is Very unprofessional !! I ECPECT YOU TO PERMANENTLY REMOVE THE TRASH!!
