Shell Lies and false advertising

Shell has this reward program that they are running V +.So today I went to Shell Toro in Ga-rankuwa Zone 7 and left other Filling stations closeby.After putting in gas I gave the Petrol Attendant my V + card and she said they don't swipe those cards,meaning there's no benefit for me. This to Me is false advertising. Everyone believes Shell is a reliable and trustworthy brand but I don't know what to believe anymore. We are being **** to.I am really upset and don't see any reason why I should use Shell anymore.Lies and False advertising
