Shell King Williams Town

Please accept this formal complaint.

Upon my recent visit to the Shell King Williams Town location, I encountered a series of issues regarding parking and customer service.

While attempting to purchase items inside the shop, a petrol attendant instructed me to move my vehicle, stating that the area near the shop entrance was not a designated parking zone. This particular spot is where I customarily park during my visits.

Subsequently, while I was at the cashier, I was informed that the petrol attendant had instructed her not to process my payment due to the parking situation.

I then sought assistance from the supervisor on duty, who informed me that this was company policy and that he would not intervene. When I inquired why there were no visible "No Parking" signs, he responded with an unhelpful demeanor, stating he would not assist me further.
