Shell Kempton Park 22 Central Avenue opposite Arwp Hospital

Please note that I am writing this to you regarding the treatment I received at one of your Shell garage in Kempton Park on 22 Central Ave. On Tuesday the 1st of August at around 22:10pm I went to fill petrol for my car and the petrol I received is not worth the money I paid. I normally put R300.00 on and it takes my gauge to half tank when empty but in this case I had a bar left and I put R300.00 and it did not even make a quarter tank. I complained about it before I left the pump to the petrol attendant who assisted me but we then thought maybe it's the way the car was standing so I decided to leave thinking that if the car is moving the gauge will give me the right reading. On Wednesday afternoon I went back to the garage and told them that the petrol I received was not of the money I paid so I spoke to a gentlemen by the name Mphela about what happened and he clearly indicated that the pumps were due for calibration which might be the contribution factor to the issue, He also explained that they're having inspection going on the 2nd August. I gave him my details to contact me once they found out what the problem is. Today the 3rd of August I passed by the garage asking for the solution to the matter, but I found a white gentleman by the name Frank and tried to explain to him but he insulted me telling me that I don't have brains and I am looking for free petrol and I must take my car back to the manufacture as it is the one that has a problem not his fuel pumps. I asked to see the calibration certificate for the pumps, specifically pump number 5 but he told me that he can't show me because it's personal and dismissed me. I took the matter to shell head office and i spoke to Veronica who promised to solve the matter within 2 working days, but nothing has been done. After 2 working days I called again and I was told Veronica is in a meeting and she will call me afterwards but nothing until today. I phoned back and spoke to Tshepo who promised to investigate and get back to me after 2 working days which never happened until I phoned to find out about what's happening he told me that he is waiting to hear from Frank the sarcastic manager at shell garage in kempton park central avenue since he went out of the country. Shell does not care about their customers no matter I lost my money due to their negligence. @Shell I need my hard earned money back no matter if it's R1 or 50c that's my honestly earned money.
