Shell Katherine Street Poor Service!

This is with Regard to the Shell Garage on Katherine street , Sandton. I Have been working around the corner from this particular service station for the last 10 years, ad because of the convenience I support them often, filling up my vehicle at least once a month. But I always have some sought of dissatisfaction , The Service is shockingly poor, they almost always have the tyre pressure machine broken and the pumps themselves have hazy screens so you cant even see how much they filling. there is no control in delegation of attendants to pumps and the place generally seems like a circus. This morning in particular I arrived at 6:35am to avoid the rush in the evening as petrol would go up by midnight, there was only one car in-front of me, bet yet I only left the station 25 minutes later!! this can be verified by checking the cameras. the attendant spent 10 minutes filling tyre pressure on the care in front of me. I Plead to the management of this establishment to please delegate attendants correctly and efficiently and for the station to please update their pumps and tyre pressure machines.
