Shell Isandovale - Great job Felix!

This morning I pulled into the Isandovale Shell garage on Sandvale road (Edenvale) around 7:45AM.

When I arrived, the service attendant, Felix, greeted me, and alerted me that my back right tyre was flat. When pumping the tyre, the air was coming, straight out. There was no choice but to change to the spare tyre.

I moved the car slightly forward into a parking bay, as not to hold up one of the pumps for other customers. Without me asking and without hesitation, Felix started helping me take the spare tyre out. Felix happily changed the wheel for me without any issue. Felix then asked me to move my car back to the pump, to check the pressure on the spare. I left the service station and was still on time for work.

In summary, I have to congratulate Felix on doing an amazing job and going the extra mile. He is a great asset to Shell! Well done to the manager Mohammed and his team on a job well done.
