Shell insults from Kingsley

I had the worst experience tonight at Shell 14th Avenue a petrol attended by the name of Kingsley insulted me and threw threats. When I told him im gonna report him to his manager he said he doest care for that ***** I can go ahead ive never seen such bad behavior im just wondering why Shell would have such a person deal direct with the public are they aware of how he conducts himself to customers
