SHELL IM SHOCKED

Hi would like Shell South Africa to train there staff in manners. As its not just poor but non exicsting, This morning I was snorted at by the cashier and some idiot assistant because I would not tap my card on the machine but prefered to insert it. They need to be t aught what is there business or not. They asked if I dont tap and I rep**** I dont and rather insert my card. Then they started mocking and making fun of me in front of other clients. Has customer service at Shell dropped so low and is this allowed? Where do you get the people from that you so conveniently choose to present your company? Im shocked and horrified if this is the future customer service people are experiencing.
