Shell Hyde Park

On Friday the 11th of November 2022 at around 18:30 I had stopped at the shell, because I noticed that I had a flat tyre. The gentlemen that worked that evening (all of them) were very helpful and kind towards me, I have never experienced such great service!

Upon arrival the guy checked my car and before I could say what I had an issue with he already knew - he guided me towards the last station to assist me - throughout the process he pumped my tyre up, checked for any leaks etc! As a few minutes passed by a few more guys came and checked what was happening - I was sure to leave and arrive home safe, but they were concerned about my wellbeing and my arrival home, as well as the challenges I would face the next morning.

They continued to ask where about do I reside and I responded with Edenvale - they looked at me and with sincere concern that I would make it home, however the traffic as well as driving on the highway - I might possibly be stuck with a flat tyre again, they offered to change my tyre (more so insisted as great concern on a Friday night driving as a lady) as to which I agreed!

They did the change, no hassle, they did not make me feel uncomfortable in any way (as one would normally get harassed by any other garage).

I have never experienced such a great experience that I would have to tell the manager and the owner!

You guys at Shell Hyde Park really do know what community is all about!

Thank you to the amazing team that helped me and advised that I should go and change the plugs in my tyre for future!
