Shell horror

Went into shell garage laudium to buy some lights and fill petrol and the cashier Aubrey was extremely rude pushing my v+ card back saying we don't use this for lights

He then insisted I can't pay for my petrol inside I have to go outside and sort it out but was extremely rude and arrogant
