Shell Hires The Worst Customer Service Reps

Good day

Between 4am and 5am this morning, I went to the Shell petrol station on Republic Road (17 Republic Road, 2194, Bordeaux Randburg, ZA) after my 12 hour shift to get something to eat and had the worst experience I had to pay for because there weren't any places open at that time.

I got into the store and it looked like they were mopping the floor and walked straight to the pastry counter. I bought 2 pies, 2 chicken and chips and two ****ins. I then noticed the an adverti*****t they had about every day pies and I asked her is this "everyday 2 pies special" was still valid as many of us know that some stores will keep expired promotions on display for advertising,shes then rep**** sarcastically while shrugging her shoulders "if you see it there, then it's valid". I then proceeded to ask her if whether that's how she was trained to talk to customers and she rep**** yes and I said "no, that's not how you talk to people you don't know, especially if they are coming into your establishment in need of something and then being made to feel like fools for asking a question involving promotional items in their store." she then rep**** "I'm in my 40's and I've been struggling with God by my side". This is what upsets me about this because what does God and your struggles have to have to do with you doing your job. Anyway, that wasn't it she was handling my food with her bare hands and when I addressed that, she said to "what must I do if don't have glove?"

This is not the 1st time and I'm sure it won't be the last because the level of her audacity and lack of fear assured me that she's used to talking to customers like and gets away with it.

I live 2min away from there but for the life of me I'd never go back and pay my hard earned money for nonsense
