SHELL HEIDEDAAL BLOEMFONTEIN_ PATHETIC

I went to Shell Garage in Heidebdaal Bloemfontein. I went to buy petrol and the attendant said he poured petrol in my Car but my car petrol gauge did not go high. so we called the Manager and he says he trust his petrol attendant that It is my fault that i did not seeif petrol was poured or not. I left there with no petrol because the manager says it is my gauge that is not working. and my car is NEW. how possible is that!!!! IS Shell aware of such things happening? DO NOT GO TO SHELL HEIDEDAAL, BLOEMFONTEIN!
