Shell garages are not cool

Shell has a promotion where you collect stickers from there garages on a promise of if you spend R 300 you are entitled so a sticker. On collecting 3 stickers you get a selectable product. I have been to two garages that did not have stickers for me. The one garage I bought twice from. I contacted shell directly and was informed by them that’s basically it was just tuff luck that the one garage did not have the stickers and the other one was not a participant of the sticker promo. Even with slips as proof of purchase they say tuff luck and they won’t give me stickers so I can satisfy my grand child’s want for the promotion gifts.
