Shell garage Xavier ormonde

The shell in Xavier street has no respect for the customers i was helped by a lady by the name of Maria she was so busy speaking she didnt hear what i said she made a mistake by putting R145 extra on electricity when i asked for 2 R55 electricity she gave me R255 instead she took my money she refused to give me the electricity or my money back after calling the supervisor i still gave a R100 extra and still refused they where rude and said there was no manager to see us we has small children waiting in the car for 1 hour its the worst customer service
