Shell garage South Africa is a disappointed

Shell petroleum company. The Sinoville branch or garage on Zambezi street has terrible service . With regards to owing up to their employees service. I’m disappointed in the way they gave me a service and forgot to close the lid of my engine oil . My vehicle drove from Sinoville to Boksburg just to have emptied out all the vehicle oil. My biggest mistake was asking the petrol attendant to top up my oil and he didn’t close my lid because at first his concern was saying the oil cost 54 Rand each so I brought to and to find out it’s less. I want to the garage after hours of being stranded and I had to use 1000 Rand to refill my oil back to working condition I’m scared that my car won’t run properly . Went to the garage to lay a compliant and was told that the manager is in Capetown so they can’t do anything. I asked for the numbers the refused with an attitude my car sounds wired now. I’m disappointed in shell garage.
